Tech judge- Tricia Gomez

Tricia Gomez started dancing at age two and has never stopped. Her first job was cheering for the L.A. Lakers basketball team as a world- famous Laker Girl. Tricia has also performed at Universal Studios TM, Disneyland TM, Knott’s Berry Farm TM and as the star of Storybook Island, an interactive kids dance show. She has choreographed for the Laker Girls, TV’s Saved By the Bell and Malibu, CA and countless competition and stage routines. Even while performing, Tricia was also teaching and eventually dedicated her career to teaching dance full-time. She now owns her own dance studio, HYPE Studios, in Hermosa Beach, CA, where she inspires kids of all ages to get up and get moving.

As the Technical Judge on the show, Tricia will be looking for how well the dancers take direction, overcome adversity and communicate with each other, in addition to evaluating their style and originality.
